2007 Application for UMEZAWA DB
Membership
1.
Eligibility:
Bioasso welcomes to membership anyone who is
interested in UMEZAWA DB, whether a private person or a limited group such as a
laboratory and a work sector in your organization.
2.
Annual
Membership Fee: 180,000 Japanese yen.
3.
Effective
Period: From April 2007 to March 2008. All applicants after January 1, 2007
will become effective on April 1, 2007.
4.
You
will apply for UMEZAWA DB membership by e-Mail. After applied, you will be
receiving a bill.
5.
Payment:
Applicants must remit 180.000 Japanese yen to an ordinary account (name:
Bioscience Associates) of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (SWIFT code: BOTKJPJT), No.
062-1074211. Applicants who submit incorrect payment by check or money order
must notify in writing by e-mail.
6.
Use
of DB: After confirmation of payment, applicants will get a CD-ROM copy. The
present UMEZAWA DB will be operated by Microsoft Office Access 2002 or Access
2003. UMEZAWA DB will be renewed biannually by file names such as UMEZA07A and
UMEZA07B.
